FARMERS TRAINING PROGRAMMES :
As we all know that 80% of the Farming Community are uneducated in India, So we are taking lot of care in educating the Farmers about the Seasonal crops , Enlighten them with the knowledge of Fertilizers to be used , Bio Products, Micronutrients and Pesticides application and other related information to the Farmers regarding the Soil and Climatic awareness & monsoons, cyclones etc., through our 24 X 7 X 365 call center. Further we take special care in appoint the Field staff who have good knowledge relating to the Agricultural section as they are the one who have close interaction with the farmers. Further we provide them with the brouchers which educate them regarding the range of our products , packing size and what product is to be applied for which crop and for what purpose and what dosage.
Annual Meeting 2017-18 was held in Mrugavani Resorts on 6th & 7th July 2018 and all the Departments like Sales & Marketing,Fianance and Depot Staff participated in this big event.In detail Training Programme on Pests & Diseases organized by K.Ravi Sankar Zonal Manager and Guest lecture on Nutrient Management on all crops given by Dr.Hussain Ahmed from Dr.Jayasankar University and Mr.T.V.Rao Charted Acccountant has given elaborate lecture on GST and its implications on Accounts.
Awards & Rewards given to All the Business & Product Toppers for the Year 2017-18 given and all the staff very activiely participated in 2 days meeting and finally ended with DJ and Musical night.
